YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Central point of communication with external clients/providers/consumers and our different departments in order to minimize changes that are affecting different clients, being aware of the dependencies
  • Compilation of requirements from the different actors in the company
  • Create analysis, e.g. ROI analysis of the different features, to enable data-driven decision making regarding the prioritization, not only at a strategic level
  • Converting the product vision into a roadmap and prioritizing the different stories/epics
  • Analysis of user experience, needs, bottlenecks (Google Analytics, hotjar, airbrake) to justify the prioritization of the stories (business analysis)
  • Increase communication with clients with regards to their needs, i.e. run pilots of new ideas to analyze their impact, working closely with the tech team to create short-lived/easy prototypes before we incorporate them into production
  • Scoping of the high-level business requests and breaking it down into stories by defining acceptance criteria
  • Generate mockups, UI and UX designs coordinating external specialists/freelancers
  • Gathering non-tech documentation to be able to deliver the business requests (from legal documents to architecture documents)

WORKFLOW PROPOSAL

  • BSc/BA in a relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
  • Proven experience as Product Manager for SaaS / software development or relevant role
  • Deep understanding of coding and architecture/real estate
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
  • Working knowledge of IT / business infrastructures
  • Outstanding organizational and communication abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Business fluent verbal and written skills in German and English
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
  • An understanding for confidentiality and loyalty on the job
